According to Hugh Johnson, the Mondeuse tasted like a 'long, stony, gothic corridor'.
The producers mentioned are Michel Grisard and Saint Germain. The first producer taste more of the cold gothic stone with orange and violet scents and the latter is focused on red fruits.
